Radooga in Arizona

The Executive Director for Radooga Ukraine, Oleg Valilevsky, was able to make a visit to Arizona in June and meet with many key influencers and the team of volunteers planning this amazing Benefit Concert for Ukrainian Children and the Radobot Children’s Trauma Therapy Programs. He was able to spend a few days exploring Arizona for the first time and he had the opportunity to meet the Honorable Ambassador Larry Napper, for a discussion of Putin’s conduct the war in Ukraine. In addition to personally meeting the Ambassador, he was able to meet the team from the Arizona State University’s Melikian Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, which will be hosting the event on campus at the Gammage Theater. Oleg’s visit to Phoenix provided an intimate window into his personal passion for serving youth and an opportunity to share why and how his organization, Radooga, created the “Radobot” trauma therapy programs.

We are proud to have selected Radooga Ukraine as the primary beneficiary for this fundraising event, and a small portion of the funds will also be used to support trauma therapy programs for Ukrainian refugee children here in Arizona.
